The working principle of automobile warm air is to use the heat of cooling water and blow it into the cab from the window with a fan. Generally speaking, turning on the engine during driving will not improve the heat dissipation of the car, because the heat in the cooling water is continuously obtained from the engine body (to keep the engine temperature from being too high), but turning on the engine just after starting in winter will make the engine fail to work normally (80 degrees Celsius) for a long time.
The heat source comes from the engine coolant, and the water heating system is mostly used in cars, trucks and buses with low heating requirements. Water heating and warm air system is mainly composed of heater, hot water regulating valve, blower and control panel. Among them, the blower is composed of adjustable speed DC motor and squirrel cage fan, which is used to blow cold air to the heater, and the cold air is heated and sent into the car. By adjusting the speed of the motor, the air supply to the compartment can be adjusted.
