1, Yannv Lake
Green mountains and green waters raise beautiful women. Elegant beauty is famous in Bashu. Huya Lake, also known as Wawushan Reservoir, is a plateau lake with an altitude of1080m and a water area of14km2 after the completion of Wawushan Hydropower Station.
The lake is 19.04 km long, 13.3 1 km wide and 106 m deep. The dam is 277 meters long and 143 meters high, which is equivalent to a 48-story building with a storage capacity of 600 million cubic meters. The high gorge rises from Pinghu, and the lake is like a mirror, reflecting the sky and clouds, just like the gentleness and demure of Yannv, hence the name Yannv Lake. Huya Lake has 7 canyons, 18 peninsulas, 24 piers, green hills surrounded by painted screens, and blue waves rippling in the lake. This is a beautiful landscape symphony. Sitting on a bench beside the small dining table of Wawushan Reservoir, drinking tea from Xianger Villa and looking at the white lake in the distance, I have a special taste in my heart.
2. Jinhua Bridge/Tourist Reception Center/Wawushan Hotel
Jinhua Bridge, located by the Shenkeng River in the northeast of Wawushan, is the gate of Wawushan, the tourist service center and the location of Wawushan Hotel. There used to be a wooden trestle made of big fir trees, which straddled the Shenkeng River, with wooden beams with tenons on both sides as railings. 3. Shuangdongxi
Shuangdongxi is the first scenic spot, located in the northeast of Wawu Mountain, with a total length of two kilometers. It is an important epitome of Wawushan's "water world". There are streams of Dafa Cave and Sanxing Cave, beautiful forest canyons and gurgling mountain springs. Drive 4 kilometers southwest from Jinhua Bridge to Shuangdongxi. Green Leaf Pool, Butterfly Waterfall, Pearl Waterfall, Shuanglong Waterfall, Manggou Waterfall of Zhangling River and Moon Lake Waterfall form a natural corridor. The banks of the stream are covered with strange trees, vines and moss, which seems to have entered the "Wuling Wonderland".
4. Qianwozi/Waterfall Pavilion
Qianwozi and Waterfall Pavilion. Legend has it that this is the place where Emperor Wen of Han gave Deng Tong silver and bronze. There are seven big sinkholes, each three or four acres wide, and copper smelting slag is everywhere. If you look at them from the sky, you can clearly see seven sinkholes. Looking at the waterfall pavilion and standing still in the pavilion, we will hear the rumble of water and the crisp singing of birds, which will bring us into a fairyland far away from the world. Look at two waterfalls, such as two white gauze floating on the jade wall, which has a unique style. The two waterfalls are nearly 100 meters apart and about 100 meters high, echoing each other. This is the famous "Sha Fei Waterfall", which is one of the 72 suspended streams in Wawu Mountain. Sha Fei Waterfall originated from Yuanyang Creek and Yuanyang Creek at the top of the mountain, which is the extension and development of Yuanyang Creek and Yuanyang Creek.
5. Gufoping
Gufoping cableway has intermediate stations. Friends can get off the ropeway at the middle station and walk along the trail to Yanzi Cave. The woodcarving of Mr. Chi Pan Millennium is vivid, fragrant and interesting. The woodcarving of Taishang Laojun is the product of the Tang Dynasty. Although it has a history of thousands of years, it is well preserved, with superb wood carving skills and undiminished charm. It is a must of Wawu Mountain.
