Everything in the world is composed of five basic substances: gold, water, wood, fire and earth. Their movements and changes constitute a rich material world. The five elements correspond to five colors, five internal organs, seasons and five directions.
In ancient times, there was a saying that Tai Chi gave birth to two instruments, two instruments gave birth to four images, and four images gave birth to gossip.
