What do you think of the compass? Each floor is viewed in a different way.

The compass actually refers to the Feng Shui compass, but the Feng Shui compass is a compass in a sense. Nevertheless, the appreciation of Feng Shui compass is not as simple as a compass. Because the geomantic compass is actually a layered structure, we can understand our geomantic compass correctly only by knowing the specific situation of each layer structure and watching with each other. Then the next small series will introduce you to the viewing method of Feng Shui Compass.

The first floor: Tianchi

The central layer of the compass is always where the compass is, which is customized, without exception. This layer of the compass is called "Tianchi", which should be derived from the appearance of the early compass magnetic needle in the form of water injection floating needle, so it is named "pool" because it needs water injection floating needle. Compass The compass specifies the north and south on the first floor of Taiji, and also distinguishes between yin and yang. The yin-yang glyph of ancient Chinese characters is "Moon Meaning". This is the original meaning of yin and yang that the compass points to the north and south. Tai Chi gives birth to Yin and Yang, which not only refers to the north and the south, but also refers to the two properties of the unity of opposites. In feng shui, it evolved into a pair of attributes, namely, growth and decline and birth. It is from this layer that Yin and Yang, which occupy the law, are determined, and are related to gossip, Yin and Yang, orientation and so on. One end of the guide is painted red, because according to the theory of yin and yang and five elements, the south is fire and suzaku, so it is matched with red. There is a black line at the bottom of Tianchi Lake, which is called submarine line. When using the magnetic needle, the north-south direction should coincide with the bottom line, so that after the compass specifies the north and south, the meridian is determined, and yin and yang are distinguished from the floating needle layer.

The second floor: the eight evil spirits on the dragon

Some of the eight evil spirits on the dragon are called obsidian and eight evil spirits on the mountain. Its shape is divided into eight circles, and each circle is marked with one. It is based on the relationship between Wang Wen's gossip (that is, the acquired gossip) and the twenty-four eight branches, so it is rarely directly loaded into the acquired gossip of Huizhou plate. This involves the cooperation of gossip, earthly branch and five elements. Six hexagrams, according to the principle of prenatal education in that family. For example, Kun was born at the beginning of the year, and his parents grew up, so the divination was combined with the earthly branches at the beginning. Counting six branches in turn with the child as the head, because the earthquake is odd to Yang, we should count six odd branches in turn from the child. The six gametes thus obtained are matched with six gametes: the ninth gamete, the second gamete, the third gamete, the fourth gamete, the fourth gamete, the fifth gamete and the sixth gamete. The five elements of the earthquake belong to wood, but among the six, only Shen belongs to gold and belongs to wood, so Shen Kezhen. Twenty-four to four are divination without divination, and the earthquake is due east, that is, the base is also wood. Therefore, Mao Xiang and Shen Fang established a corresponding relationship.

? On this level of the compass, the square next to the earthquake is marked Shen. At the beginning of the year, the branch of Ganjiu San was an odd number of yin and shun, that is, the branches of Chen and Gen were also counted. Gan, Zhen, Gan and Gen are four Yang hexagrams. They are all based on odd-numbered earthly branches, so that we can get six earthly branches that match Siyang hexagrams, and then we can get a earthly branch for each hexagram and the other party according to the five elements to which Bagua belongs and the five elements to which earthly branches belong. In the same way, the four yin hexagrams and branches are all obtained by inverse digits. As a result of this deduction, eight branches, such as Ganwu, Kunmao, Zhenshen, Yunyou, Chen Kan, Lihai, Genyin and Duisi, are interrelated. The heavenly stems accepted by the Bagua Academy merged with its six departments to get Liu Jia. Gan Kun is divided into two parts, the first three pairs of Liujia are A and B, and the last three pairs are Ren and Gui. Because dry and noon are very similar, so is Jiazi Renwu, where noon is located. In other words, the relationship between earthly branches and trunk branches is still established between eight branches and gossip. In this way, we can draw the relationship between the Eight Diagrams and eight pairs of dry branches, namely, dry branches and benevolence, Kun and Shen, Zhen and Geng Shen, Xun and Ji Hai, Gen and Bing Yin, Hui and Ding Si. The compass uses this layer to illustrate the good or bad position of the sitting point and the relationship between the dragon and the water.

Layer 3: Eight evil spirits are dead.

Eight evils, also known as eight roads, are also in the form of 24 squares, that is, each square of gossip is divided into three squares, of which 12 is marked with words. Of the 24 directions, four are Zi, Wu, Mao and You, and about four are heavenly stems. The four corners are the four hexagrams of Gan, Kun, Gen and Xun, which belong to the acquired eight diagrams; The earthly branches of the four hexagrams. The occupation of Huang Xie refers to the relationship between the four hexagrams and their adjacent two days. The form of compass layer is to mark two inappropriate stems in a box corresponding to four hexagrams in four corners, such as Ding Geng in Ge Kun position, Ren Xin in trunk position, E-C in the box and Jia Guibiao in the box; Mark the names of inappropriate hexagrams in the boxes corresponding to the eight stems, such as Ding Geng Biao Kun, B C Biao Xun, A Gui Biao Gen and Biao Gan. This layer is 24 squares, which are used in coordination with 24 directions, and it is the part where the positive needle of the compass occupies 24 directions.
