Chen'an Village was formed by the merger of Jianchen Village and Anli Village. Lichen Village was once known as Yuhu Village. During the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, the founder Chen Jiangong, the 48th generation of the Yingchuan sect, and the 12th generation of the Donglu sect left their hometown around the Yongle period and first lived in Wujiapeng at the foot of Wuji Mountain. Later, they were looking for a home to raise sows and saw their sows. I was playing with a group of piglets by the pond. I felt strange and surprised. When I looked closely, the place looked like a lotus leaf. I decided it was a geomantic treasure, so I built a house on the west side of the pond (the gate still exists) and settled down. What is even more surprising is that whenever the moonlight is bright and the night is deep and quiet, golden lotus flowers will appear in the pond, which are vivid in the sunlight and have a fragrant fragrance. Therefore, the pond is called Lotus Pond; The tree (commonly known as soap tree) is tall and has luxuriant branches, so the name was later changed to Jianchen Village.
It has been more than 600 years since Jian Gong Tu. Once upon a time, in an ancient village with hundreds of years of history, there were 22 villages surrounded by white walls and green tiles and ponds. The pond surrounds the village, making it look like an "Island Village". The Chen family has always taken care of both agriculture and business. After several generations of hard work, by the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, the buildings in the village were lined up in rows, with sealed overpasses between each building. Villagers in Tiantian could visit each other even on rainy days. As for the mountains and fields , and the number is even unknown. Since Jutian (dowry field) has reached several provinces, it is said that "Dachen comes from Jiangshan, and Jianchen comes from Xi'an." This further shows that Jianchen is prosperous and famous far and wide. There were many imperial memorial arches and numerous halls. There were four ci halls of Yuan, Heng, Li and Zhen, five halls, dragon and phoenix flower hall, etc. The architectural style was elegant and unique. Unfortunately, most of them were built in the eighth year of Xianfeng (1858). It was devastated by the war, but only the five halls of this ancient building remain, which is regrettable. There is a climbing bridge to the west of the village. According to history, it was during the Nanzong period, and a battle took place here (the county annals of Qu County can be checked).
