Chinese yam, Flammulina velutipes, Coprinus comatus, carrot, white radish, potato, lotus root node, sorghum, corn, tremella, sesame, potato, onion, garlic, ginger, cake, animal blood, kelp, sea cucumber, puffer fish meat, soy sauce, vinegar, light tea soup and boiled water.

1. Drugs for repairing diseased cells and preventing seizures-colchicine and allopurinol.

(3), eating food beneficial to gout disease reference:

One kind of food contains colchicine-fresh day lily and Flammulina velutipes. Don't eat too much fresh day lily, or it is harmful for colchicine to be converted into toxic colchicine.

Second, foods containing more vitamin C (Vc can degrade uric acid in blood)-imitate peaches, jujubes, papaya, carrots, strawberries, persimmons, oranges, green peppers, celery, rapeseed, spinach (boiled or fried after blanching) and broccoli. Eating vitamin C every day degrades uric acid in the blood to make it not up to standard, and naturally you won't get sick. Vitamin c can't be stored in the body and must be supplemented every day.

Three alkaline foods (creating alkaline environment)-ginseng, alkaline noodles, alkaline jiaozi, apples and alkaline biscuits.

④ Repair the liver and kidney cells damaged by taking western medicine for a long time-Chinese prescription: Chenyin 6g Lycium barbarum 16g Glycyrrhiza 3g is brewed with boiling water every few days as tea.

⑤ Exercise-It is not advisable to exercise during the attack, but the more before the attack, the better.

⑥ Etiology-excessive energy, insufficient exercise, sour diet, genetic factors, doing something wrong, lifelong karma.
