Brief introduction of Hunan China Resources Power Li Yujiang Co., Ltd.

Hunan Huarun Electric Power Li Yujiang Co., Ltd. was established on September 28th, 2002. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture company approved by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and registered in Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. Is a new enterprise established in accordance with the modern company system and implementing the project legal person responsibility system. China Resources Electric Power Holding Co., Ltd. and Hunan Electric Power Construction and Development Corporation (the present assets will be transferred to China Power Investment Corporation) jointly build and operate 2×300 MW domestic thermal power units, Li Yujiang-Shaoguan Qujiang Substation 500KV access system project and 2×65Mw units, accounting for 60% and 40% of the shares respectively, with a registered capital of 696 million yuan.
