Basic situation of Shahe River.

Shahe was approved as a standard town in 1987. In the adjustment of town and village division in 2007, it was formed by the merger of the original Shahe River and the original Sanguanji Township. Now it has jurisdiction over 8 administrative villages, 3 community neighborhood committees and 172 villagers' groups. The town party committee has jurisdiction over 1 1 the general party branch and 46 party branches. The whole town covers an area of 163 square kilometers, including 2.5 square kilometers of market towns and 48,000 mu of rural cultivated land, with a total population of 39,000, of which the urban population is about 1 10,000. At present, there are nearly 20 units in the town, including Mangya Asbestos Mine Chuzhou Base, Shahe Forestry General Farm, Provincial Forestry Research Institute and Shaheji Reservoir of National Building Materials Bureau.
