(1) The top of Mount Tai: This is caused by heavy thoughts, nervousness or eagerness to achieve success. The symptom is swelling of the head, which is difficult to solve with gas. This situation often happens to people who are serious, impatient, pious and inflexible when practicing.

① Self-correction method: relax the whole body, close your eyes, put your tongue on your gums, inhale and suck the air to the top of your head. At this time, three actions are carried out at the same time: suddenly open your eyes (be careful not to stare or get angry), and at the same time put down the tip of your tongue to exhale and look at your abdomen. Attention, at this moment, the whole body should relax immediately. How loose is it? As long as the neck and shoulders are loose, the whole body is loose. In addition, the emphasis here is that the air sinks into the abdomen. "Sinking" means sinking freely, not pressing down, because the pressed air is suffocating and is generally pushed up like a ball in the water.

(2) Help him dredge: There are several ways. First, hit the top of your head with a hollow palm, and the palm is empty. Be careful not to hit the club with a strong palm, which will cause an accident. There is also the palm of your hand near the jade pillow on the back of your neck, just like chopping meat. You can hear the click of your teeth at this time. This whole-body vibration action is effective for "Taishan coping" and "gas rush". Of course, it is not good to be overweight or underweight, and it should be within the tolerance range. After chopping, the body fluid increases. Don't spit it out and swallow it. Or you can chop off the back of your neck with your fingers, and then hand down to steering flow from both sides (not your chest) and the top of your head. Finally, pinch the shoulder with your hand, buckle it a few times, and pat it down along the Du meridian to make it loose.

(2) Blushing with anger: Its symptom is that the gas gathers in Zhongdian, and when sitting down, it feels uncomfortable, disgusting, irritable and oppressive. The reasons are: first, improper breathing, forced reverse breathing or pursuit of "deep breathing", which is easy to happen in people who have just learned skills, and some individuals may have a running route that is inconsistent with the gas path taught by the supervisor, which is called reverse.

"Qigong" advocates that the avenue is natural and smart. If you don't understand this, when there is retrograde movement, someone will twist it forcibly, which will make it very hard to practice. Under certain personal circumstances, there will certainly be a rush. The solution is to let nature take its course, not force it. If there is a retrograde situation, let it turn around. In addition, you should choose a place with fresh air to practice.

You can correct your own deviation by thumb pressing. The specific method is as follows: use your thumb to push harder on your Zhongshan point (the midpoint of the connecting line between the two nipples), avoid the button and suck up the air at the same time. Then exhale, sink into the abdomen, let go of your fingers, look down at your breath, and relax yourself. You can also use the sword finger, the fingertips are down, and guide the air from top to bottom.

When you are helped by others, you can also use your sword finger, not too close, but as far as one meter. You can also ask him to stop thinking about it and just walk around.

(3) Qi returns to the mountain root: the mountain root is the bridge of the nose and the name of the elephant. The symptom is that the upper abdomen is already angry, and the place is swollen, and sometimes even the eyes are swollen, which is very uncomfortable. How to solve it? Use the sword finger to help guide downward. In addition, the method of knocking and splitting can not only regulate the "top of Mount Tai", but also "return the qi to the root of the mountain". It can also distract attention and increase exercise.

(4) "moving qi": most people who are extremely sensitive to meridians have this phenomenon, and qi is not in one place. In this case, there is no need to make a fuss. In fact, it is a good phenomenon, not only for small Sunday routes, but also for big Sunday routes and even odd-numbered routes. When you meet a master, you just need to point out that this is a good phenomenon, and the meridians are all connected, which is convenient for you to play a role and solve it at once.
