The specific method is to install ambient air conditioning on the workshop wall or roof of steel structure factory building. When the ambient air conditioner is electrified and works normally, it will filter and purify the outdoor air through the wet curtain, and then send it to the workshop through the positive pressure fan after cooling, so that the indoor air will gradually reach saturation and form airflow, and the hot and humid air gathered in the workshop will be forced out of the workshop, so as to achieve the purpose of forced air flow in the workshop and outdoor ventilation.
The third method: install a roof ventilator on the roof.
The concrete method is to install a roof flow ventilator that does not need electricity on the iron roof of the steel structure workshop, and use the flow rate of natural air to drive the fan blades to rotate, resulting in the exhaust effect, forcing the air accumulated in the workshop to be exhausted from the roof, thus forcibly ventilating the air in the workshop.
Causes and prevention methods of water leakage in steel structure workshop;
1, the roof of the steel structure factory building is too high, and the roof cover plate cannot guarantee waterproofing; Longitudinal lap joint does not put cement or silica gel, forming cracks and leaking water; The longitudinal lap joint of the roof cover plate is connected by rivets, and the rivets are broken due to insufficient strength due to thermal expansion and contraction, resulting in water leakage; No plug is laid between the roof cover plate and the roof panel, or the plug is irregularly placed and falls off to form water leakage.
Therefore, the steel structure workshop should cover the roof wider and have a larger slope; Laying cement or silica gel at the lap joint; Replace the staple; The plug should be matched with the plate, and cement or silica gel should be applied up and down when laying the plug.
2. No foam plug is placed under the edge of the joint between the gas building and the roof, and no mastic or silica gel is laid at the longitudinal lap of the edge; There is no roof outer plate installed at the junction of gas building; The pillar opening of gas building structure is not waterproof; There are hidden dangers of water leakage in the production and installation of gas building itself.
Before the edging installation of steel structure workshop, foam plug should be laid, cement or plug should be set in the longitudinal lap joint and fixed with nails; Before the installation of gas building, the roof panel must be pulled up; It is required that the gas building construction party must waterproof the opening after the gas building structure is completed; Check the installation quality and waterproofing of gas buildings.
3. The plate type of the lighting board in the steel structure workshop is inconsistent with that of the roof board, and the wave peaks on both sides of the lighting board are higher than that of the roof board. After installation, due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the lighting board caused by too strict sealing, capillary water leaked into the roof from the gaps on both sides of the lighting board; The longitudinal overlapping length of the lighting board is not enough, and the mastic loses its viscosity due to aging.
Longitudinal cement shedding; There is a rigid lap joint between the lighting plate and the color steel plate, and the gap in the middle is not sealed. Waterproof screws shall be applied to the upper part of the wave crest; The edge-receiving plate at the lighting board should be sealed firmly with the lighting board, and the cement on both sides of the longitudinal direction should be widened, and the upper part of the wave crest should be laid to prevent capillary water from infiltrating.
4. The hole of the steel structure workshop is not waterproof according to the design node, and the steel plug is placed with unpaved waterproof mortar and silica gel; The reserved area around the opening is small, the rain is not smooth, and it is easy to accumulate water; The edges around the opening are overlapped without waterproof treatment; There are no structural parts around the opening, forming low concave water; There is water blocking phenomenon in waterproof construction, resulting in water accumulation.
Laying cement and silica gel according to design drawings and strict construction procedures; The reserved area around the opening must meet the drainage requirements; Walls and roofs must be waterproof after opening; After the opening of the retaining structure, purlin or angle steel structure should be added as much as possible to reduce the deformation of the retaining structure; Waterproof construction and installation must be tight and smooth, so that the water flow is smooth.
5. The cornice is the main source of water leakage, and the foam plug is not installed on the roof outer panel, and the roof outer panel is not pulled down; The length of the external wall panel is insufficient, and the eaves are not waterproof. There is a gap in the weld of the inner gutter, which leads to water seepage; The diameter of gutter and rainwater pipe is too small, which does not match the slope length of the factory building; There is no head plate at the end of the gutter; The length of the roof outer panel extending into the gutter is insufficient, and the water will flow back into the factory building.
When installing the roof outer panel, the foam plug should be placed at the same time, and the roof outer panel should be pulled down by 30 degrees; Eaves should be wrapped according to the design requirements; Appropriately increase the depth of the gutter so that the rainwater in the gutter does not exceed the overlap.
6. The leakage at the joint between the roof panel and the cement wall of the steel structure workshop is mainly due to the unsynchronized stress, which leads to the cracking and leakage of the silicone adhesive and the bonding surface. In order to prevent temperature deformation, two kinds of edge sealing connections are adopted; When connected with the brick wall, the edge should be at a certain angle and completely sealed; Sealant should be applied between the edges in advance.
7. There are many factors that cause water leakage in the steel structure maintenance system.
