Where is the VV7 heater pump?

VV7 warm air water pump is installed on the engine block. Generally, the water pump is a centrifugal water pump, which is mainly driven by water pump belt and pulley. The direct driving energy comes from the rotation of generator, compressor and fan coupler. A water pump is a machine that transports or pressurizes liquid. It transfers the mechanical energy or other external energy of the prime mover to the liquid, which increases the energy of the liquid. Water pumps are mainly used to transport liquids, including water, oil, acid-base liquid, emulsion, suspension emulsion and liquid metal.

Working principle of warm air pump

The engine drives the bearing and impeller of the water pump to rotate through the pulley, and the coolant in the water pump is driven by the impeller to rotate together, and is thrown to the edge of the water pump shell under the action of centrifugal force.

At the same time, a certain pressure is generated, and then it flows out of the center of the impeller from the outlet channel or water pipe. Because the cooling liquid is thrown out, the pressure is reduced. Under the pressure difference between the inlet of the water pump and the center of the impeller, the coolant in the water tank is sucked into the impeller through the water pipe to realize the reciprocating circulation of the coolant.
