Variety introduction
There are four common varieties of lucky bamboo, namely golden-hearted lucky bamboo, silver-hearted lucky bamboo, silver-edge lucky bamboo, and golden-edge lucky bamboo. Different types have different characteristics and are suitable for decoration in different styles of homes.
1. Golden Heart Lucky Bamboo
The middle part of the plant has green-yellow or golden yellow vertical stripes, which is quite special. Lucky Bamboo plants are thicker and have dark green leaves.
2. Silver-Hearted Lucky Bamboo
Different from Golden-Hearted Lucky Bamboo, Lucky Bamboo has a silver-white vertical stripe in the center of its leaves.
3. Silver-edged Lucky Bamboo
The green edge of the leaves has a silver-white broad band, or called a border, which is very obvious and eye-catching.
4. Golden-edged Lucky Bamboo
Together with Silver-edged Lucky Bamboo, they form a pair of sister varieties. The difference is that the edges of the leaves are golden yellow.
