Yitong Manchu Autonomous County is the only Manchu Autonomous County in the province and one of the birthplaces of Manchu. It has a long history of history of manchu and traditional culture. There are 28 rivers 128 in China, belonging to Liaohe River, Songhua River, Dongliao River, Yinma River and Huifa River, with an average annual precipitation of 627.3mm, an average annual sunshine of 2536 hours and a frost-free period of 138 days.
