Causes and treatment methods of cracks in bottom floor slab

There are two main reasons for the cracking of the bottom floor: one is the uneven settlement of the bottom floor, and the other is the temperature expansion and deformation of the floor surface itself.

Copy test check

It is suggested to use high-precision laser levels to copy and measure the cracked floor to see if there is uneven settlement. If so, it is the problem of foundation treatment. (It may also be the designer's design mistake in foundation treatment, or the builder's mistake in foundation treatment. )

Increase crack prevention measures

If the uneven settlement of the floor surface is not found and the floor surface cracks, it may be the problem of the floor itself. In the construction, anti-cracking measures (such as adding anti-cracking fibers) and partition blocks can be added to prevent cracking.
