How to load and unload bulk cement tanker?

1, charging

First, open the pressure relief ball valve to discharge the residual compressed air in the tank, then open the charging cover, place the filter screen, and then fill the tank with cement. After the feeding is completed, wipe off the cement on the sealing ring of the feed inlet, cover the feeding cover tightly and close the pressure relief valve. At the same time, the discharge butterfly valve should be closed to avoid cement overflow during transportation.

Step 2 transport

Walk safely to the destination according to the driving regulations, park the car on a flat road, and try not to let the tank tilt back and forth or left and right.

Step 3 uninstall

3. 1 Connect the discharge pipe, and pad the sealing ring when connecting the discharge pipe. Open the air inlet ball valves of the front and rear air chambers, and close the pressure relief ball valve, external air source ball valve, secondary air ball valve and discharge butterfly valve.

3.2 Start the engine smoothly, so that the air compressor can start smoothly at low speed. Then gradually increase the throttle to make the air compressor reach the rated speed and fill the fuel tank.

3.3 When the pressure rises to about 0. 15MPa, open the secondary air ball valve to dredge the discharge pipeline, and close the secondary air ball valve after confirming that the discharge pipeline is not blocked.

3.4 When the pressure drops to 0.2MPa, open the discharge butterfly valve and start discharge.

3.5 When the pressure drops to about 0.02MPa, it means that the cement in the tank is basically discharged and the warehouse is cleaned up.

3.6 Close the air inlet ball valve of the front air chamber, and only let the air inlet of the rear air chamber, and observe the pressure gauge. If the pressure value rises, it means that there is surplus material at the rear of the tank, and when the pressure rises, it drops to about 0.02MPa, which means that the rear is unloaded. If the pressure does not rise, the rear part has been unloaded. After confirming that there is no residual material in the rear of the tank, open the air inlet ball valve in the front air chamber and close the air inlet ball valve in the rear air chamber to clean the residual material in the front of the tank. Similarly, observe the pressure gauge. If the pressure value rises, it indicates that there is excess material in front of the tank. When the pressure rises, it falls back to about 0.02MPa, indicating that the front has been cleaned. If the pressure value does not rise, it means that there is no surplus material in front.

3.7 After confirming that there is no residual material before and after the tank body, turn off the engine, stop the air compressor, open the pressure relief ball valve, close the discharge butterfly valve, remove the discharge quick connector, and put the discharge hose back on the car to complete the discharge work.
