2. Loosen the fastening bolt of the pulley and remove the pulley.
3. Remove the front cover and pump housing, but pay attention to loosen the fastening bolts in batches.
4. Remove the pulley flange with a puller, and remove the water pump impeller with a puller. Be careful not to damage the impeller and press out the water pump shaft and bearing.
5. Dismantle the shaft and bearing of the water pump, press out the water seal and oil seal, loosen the shell of the pump body, transpose and clamp, remove the fastening bolt of the water inlet joint and take off the connecting pipe.
6. Remove the lower sealing ring, remove the lower thermostat and replace all gaskets and sealing rings.
