Does anyone know the origin of Niutou Mountain in Wuyi?

According to legend, Niutou Mountain in Wuyi was transformed by Lao Zi's Qing Niu Shan. Ye Fashan, a Taoist leader in the Tang Dynasty, Shi Tian often collected herbs here for alchemy. He served the Tang emperors from Gaozong, Wu Zetian to Xuanzong, and the respect of the emperors was unique in the history of Taoism. Ye, 105-year-old crane, died in Niutou Mountain here, and the villagers built a temple to worship him. The imperial edition of Sikuquanshu contains: Ye Shi Tian Temple, which is dedicated to Ye Fa Mountain in the east of the county seat. Niutou Mountain has thus become a magical Taoist mountain, and the ancient temple in Shi Tian has added mysterious strength and aura.

According to legend, the Eight Immortals crossed the sea to celebrate their birthday on the occasion of the Queen Mother's long live birthday, which triggered a war with the Dragon King of the East China Sea. After winning, the Eight Immortals went to Xiaoyao Building in Niutou Mountain to enjoy the celebration banquet prepared by Ye Fashan. Ye Duan went to "Eight Bowls of Xiaoyao Building", which was full of wonderful tunes, and with mellow glutinous rice wine, the Eight Immortals were drunk.

After dinner, Ye Fashan and the Eight Immortals played chess in Sendai near Candle Peak. Ye Fashan played chess with Lv Dongbin first, and Lv Dongbin was gradually caught in a dilemma. He had a piece in his hand and could do nothing. After drinking, he threw it away. "Siku Quanshu" included in Zhejiang Tongzhi: "Tangye Fashan once competed with the Taoist couple in Niutoushan. When the game is over, throw the chess pieces on the ground and turn them into stones. Every roll of stones obtained by future generations on their land contains small stones, which are smooth and white. When it was first unearthed, it was still soft and could be broken. " Later generations built the Nine Immortals Pavilion in Sendai.
