Land use is inviolable.
Land for civil air defense works is protected by law. If adjustment is needed, it must be approved by the planning, land and civil air defense combat readiness departments.
Maintenance management should be standardized
In order to ensure the normal operation of civil air defense projects, they must be maintained in accordance with relevant national technical specifications. Keep the engineering structure intact, the equipment and facilities in good performance, and ensure that the wind, water and electricity systems work normally and the roads are smooth.
Special requirements of entertainment places
Civil air defense works used as public entertainment or business premises must comply with the national technical regulations on fire prevention and ventilation. The projects located on the riverside and lakeshore need to strengthen flood control facilities to ensure safety.
