Namikaze Minato is a character in the Japanese manga Naruto series and its derivative works. Huo Ying, the fourth generation of Konoha Village in the Fire Country, is a disciple of Jiraiya, one of Konoha's three forbearance, and also the father of the protagonist Naruto Uzumaki.
