How was Danxia Mountain formed?

It is said that Danxia Mountain is the leading part of "Chaos Emperor" and the key part of "Shu" and "Hu". So everything is complete from elegance and color to various body shapes. Danxia Mountain has such wonderful landforms and magnificent scenery, which was formed under the chisel of two emperors, Shu and Hu. But people believe more in the legend that Pangu opened heaven and earth. Before the separation of heaven and earth, the universe at that time was like a dark and chaotic big egg. Our ancestor Pangu (Yao called Pan Hu) was conceived in this huge egg and slept in it for 18,000 years! On this day, he finally woke up. The chaotic world was divided by Pangu with an axe. Later, fearing the reunion of heaven and earth, Pangu supported the sky with his head and the ground with his feet. Every ten feet high and thick, the height of Pangu increases by ten feet. I don't know how many years have passed, and heaven and earth have grown into nine Wan Li. At this time, Pangu's independent support is too tired, so there is no need to worry about the closure of heaven and earth. Therefore, before dying, exhaling like a storm, sounding like thunder, eyes turning into the sun and the moon, hands and feet turning into four poles, body turning into five mountains, blood turning into rivers, muscles turning into fields, tendons turning into roads, skin turning into vegetation ... At this time, the surrounding streams and rainwater washed sediments and gravel into the lake basin year after year. At high temperature, the iron in the sediment becomes iron oxide in the precipitation. Under high pressure, double condensation becomes red sedimentary sandstone. About 40-50 million years ago, another crustal movement lifted the Danxia lake basin, and the bottom of the lake became land. After that, a large number of cracks appeared in the process of continuous uplift of rock mass, coupled with the cutting of Jinjiang and its tributaries, the erosion of wind, frost, rain and snow, the hard coarse gravel conglomerate and soft silty sandstone differentiated and collapsed to varying degrees, and the soft sandstone layer formed horizontal grooves, holes, fractures and valleys, such as gold rock, rock, tree pond rock, horizon and oil cave.
