Dingcheng Project was developed by Luoyang Zhu Zong Yutai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which was jointly established by Beijing Zhu Zong Real Estate Company and Beijing Rand HSBC Real Estate Company. Beijing Zhu is always a large state-owned real estate enterprise with special qualification for general contracting of housing construction projects.
