Different materials have different treatment methods, and after treatment, there is no hand feeling and no trace on the edge of the pattern, which can achieve the effect of direct printing of articles. In particular, it has a special effect on the uneven surface of the object.
3. How to use it:
1. First, clean and paste the surface of the workpiece to remove oil, dust and other impurities. (Can be scrubbed with white oil and alcohol)
2. Put the water sticker in clear water for a few seconds, and when the surface film layer starts to separate from the backing paper, pick up the whole water sticker.
3. Align the water sticker with the seam position and take out the backing paper.
4. Smooth the pattern with a dry cloth, and squeeze out the water under the pattern to make the surface film close to the surface. For the convenience of transfer, you can use a hair dryer to blow away the water. In particular, the surface of the hand-sprayed workpiece should be pasted with water in strict accordance with the above method, that is, while blowing with a hair dryer, the water should be cleaned with tools, otherwise it is easy to blister and drop the ink layer after baking.
5. Put the materials or workpieces after the above procedures into an oven at 60-80 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes, so as to complete the last procedure of water transfer printing. (The baking temperature and time vary according to different materials). Tear off the pattern surface film and bake it directly or bake it with protective varnish. After the pattern is processed, the adhesion is very strong, just like being embedded in an article.
