Buddha talks about the causal relationship between cats and cat owners

Buddhism says that if a cat follows a person, it means it is destined to you. Cats can distinguish between good and evil. If they come close to you, they think you have good intentions. Generally, cats will approach people who are blessed with good fortune.

Many wonderful things always happen to us in this world, and we cannot explain the reasons. The Buddha said, "What you sow is what you will reap." Buddhists also pay great attention to cause and effect. In fact, this statement is very reasonable. If you are a kind-hearted person, you will always do good deeds. If you do more good deeds, all kind things will meet you.

If you are a person with malicious intentions, then you will often do harmful things, and in the later stage, more and more bad things will happen to you.

Liezi:

The old lady lived a very happy life before. The old lady had a kind-hearted daughter. Later, because of the love in her heart, her daughter went to a remote mountain village to teach. It has been a long time. They have never been home. The grandmother and her wife miss their daughter very much. In the past, communication was not as developed as it is now. If you want to contact your family far away, you can only write letters.

However, because the place where the grandmother’s daughter teaches is too remote, it is difficult to deliver some letters, and even if they are delivered, it will take a long time. Because of this, the grandmother and grandfather are unable to contact their daughter.

Later the grandfather fell ill, and the illness was a little serious. The grandmother had no choice but to pick up a pen, put on her reading glasses, write a letter to her daughter in the distance one stroke at a time, and then sent the letter. But I still haven’t received a reply from my daughter for a long time. Later, the grandfather died of a serious illness, and the grandmother was very sad. She lived alone in an empty house.

The old lady missed her daughter so much that she often visited the elementary school where her daughter attended. Later, the grandma went to visit almost every day, and she would see a cat at the school gate every day. The grandma couldn't help but think of her daughter waiting for her after school when she was a child. Later, the old lady brought food to the kitten every day.
