There are two kinds of cement: bagged cement and bulk cement. Bulk is transported by cement tanker and stored in special cement tank. The other one is in bags, one ton is 20 bags, each bag is 50 kg, which is 100 kg.
The use of bagged cement is not advocated internationally, and bulk cement is used as much as possible. Compared with bagged cement, using bulk cement has the following advantages:
1. Bulk cement is delivered directly from the manufacturer to the user, or delivered to the user through a transfer station. Do not use paper bags or small packages made of any other materials, only use special means of transport, such as special vehicles, boats or containers, container bags, and cement is stored in its natural state.
2. The whole process of discharging, measuring, loading and unloading of bulk cement from the factory warehouse can be mechanized or automated without a lot of manpower.
