After noon, people are hungry and eat as food. It happened that the boatman was good at cooking fish dishes, so he fished up live fish from the river and made a "golden water crossing the boat". I saw a "dragon boat" made of fish floating in the golden soup in the fish dish of Nuoda University.

After tasting it, Qianlong appreciated it very much, that is, he changed his name to "Dragon Boat Live Fish" and chose it to enter the palace. Since then, it has become a famous dish in the palace.

According to legend, when Emperor Qianlong went down to the south of the Yangtze River, one day he got separated from his people and got lost. Besides, the weather is hot and thirsty. When he was anxious, he saw a fishing boat parked not far away. There are several fishermen on board. At this time, it was lunch time, and the fisherman caught a fresh crucian carp from the bow.

There was no oil, ginger, onion and other condiments on board, only a little salt flower was put, and a bowl of milky fish soup was cooked for Qianlong in a short time. Gan Long smelled the fishy smell and wanted to refuse, but his stomach was disappointing and he fainted from hunger. He took the bowl and covered his nose with his other hand, but after drinking it, he suddenly felt that it tasted better than the delicious food in the palace. And asked what fish soup it was.

The old fisherman replied, "This is the soup cooked by crucian carp." After drinking enough fish soup, Gan Long felt tired and refreshed immediately, so he asked the direction of his return trip and left. Later, crucian carp soup spread among fishermen, or in order to relieve fatigue or entertain guests, people always like to cook a bowl of crucian carp soup to taste.

Legend has it that when Emperor Qianlong went down to the south of the Yangtze River, he slowly sailed into Weishan Lake by dragon boat one day, and he was immediately attracted by the beautiful scenery here. While the emperor was having fun, he saw fish jumping around the dragon boat. The emperor was so happy that he specially asked the chef to catch some live fish to eat. The chefs caught some big fish.

Gan Long looked at it carefully, only to find that it was a carp with four nostrils. He was very surprised at once. He told the chef not to be busy cooking and asked the fishermen to come and ask why. An old fisherman came at the call and kowtowed to the emperor and said, "This fish is a famous four-nosed carp in Weishan Lake. It's especially like having four nostrils, which means that the four seas are peaceful and all the people are happy together. It is also a mascot, symbolizing bumper harvest and world peace.
