1. The heater water tank is blocked. There are many tiny radiating pipes in the internal structure of the car's warm air water tank, which is easy to be blocked inside. Scaling, impurities, flocs and deposits in the coolant may cause blockage.
There is something wrong with the thermostat. The thermostat often doesn't open, and the coolant circulates from the idle speed of the engine. If the vehicle is used in winter in the north, the water temperature will be low for a long time, and the air conditioning heater will naturally not be hot. As can be seen from the thermometer, the pointer is obviously lower than the normal scale.
3, warm water valve failure. After the hot water valve fails, the opening of the electronic control valve is no longer controlled by the computer, and it is in the state of normally open, normally closed or fixed position. At this time, there is no coolant flowing through the warm water tank or the flow rate is uncontrolled, so the warm air temperature of the air conditioner is naturally uncontrolled. The warm water valve is installed between the water inlet pipe of the warm water tank and the small circulating pipeline of the engine, and the opening of the valve is controlled by the air-conditioning computer, so as to control the flow rate of coolant entering the warm water tank and achieve the purpose of controlling the warm air temperature of the air conditioner more accurately.
