Zhao Puchu, Chairman of the Chinese Buddhist Association, wrote four characters of Jintang in the "Ursa Major Hall" in the existing temple. This temple has a long history. According to folklore, it was built by Weichi Gong in the Tang Dynasty. Some people think it was built in the Western Wei Dynasty (535-556 AD).
According to legend, Zhu Yunwen, Emperor Wenjian of the Ming Dynasty, was forced to abdicate by his fourth uncle, Rebecca Judy (later the founder of the Ming Dynasty) and moved to Ciqikou, where he lived in seclusion.

1, ancient wharf
Gudu Freight Wharf in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Located on the Jialing River, it was formed in the Tang and Song Dynasties, flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and reached its peak in the Republic of China.
2. Jiushigang River Beach
Located on the bank of Jialing River, it is said that Zhang, the leader of the peasant uprising in the late Ming Dynasty, broke into this treasure land of Chongqing. There is a folk song "Stone jars versus stone drums, gold is absolutely 50,000, who can know to buy a house in Chongqing".
There are Neolithic stone tools left on the river beach. 1939 Central University excavated the cliff tomb of Han Dynasty near the river beach. There are inscriptions of "four years of eternal life" (namely, A.D. 158) and "five years of Yan Xi" (namely, A.D. 162) on the tomb wall, and a number of pottery figurines and pottery have been unearthed.
