Water separator is a water distribution device used to connect heating pipeline and water supply pipeline in water system. The water collector is a water collecting device used to connect the return pipe of each heating pipeline in the water system. Second, the working principle of the floor heating water separator
The floor heating water separator is the control center of the whole floor heating system, which is equivalent to the heart of floor heating and has the functions of shunting and partial pressure. When the heat medium flows into the room, it enters the main rod of the floor heating water separator through the multifunctional filter. In this link, the filter filters out impurities in the heat medium to prevent impurities from entering the underground pipe network and blocking the pipeline. The main pole is installed horizontally, and the heat medium is evenly distributed to the floor heating branch pipe by using the principle of equal height and equal pressure. After passing through the heat exchange system, each branch pipe flows back to the main rod of the water collector, and then flows into the heating system through the water return port. In addition, a floor heating water mixing device is added to the heating system, that is to say, after heat exchange, the temperature of the heat medium (water) is still very high, and after passing through the floor heating water mixing system, it flows into the main pole of the water separator to continue circulating, thus saving energy while heating.

1 Adjust the temperature
The floor heating water separator is used for diversion. If the whole boiling water flow is large and the circulation is fast, the indoor temperature will be high. If each valve is half open, or a single valve is half open, the amount of hot water in the pipeline decreases, the water circulation slows down, and the corresponding indoor temperature is low; If the hot water is completely turned off, it will not circulate, that is to say, there is no heating in the room, so you can use a good floor heating separator to adjust the indoor temperature.
Tip: If you want to accurately control the temperature in different rooms, you'd better install a special floor heating thermostat.
2. Room heating
When designing and installing the floor heating system for large-sized houses, the outlet pipes and return pipe will be installed in different areas, and each pair of water pipes corresponds to a water separator. When an area is empty for a long time, users can choose to turn off the water separator, so that the purpose of heating in different rooms can be achieved.
3, parallel voltage regulation
The water separator can divert the water in the water pipes, so that the water pipes can achieve the function of pressure balance. The inlet and outlet of the water separator have corresponding valves, which can adjust the water flow and achieve water flow balance.
