brief introduction
Following cage houses and board houses, a "coffin house" appeared in Hong Kong, with low-income people as the main occupants. In the coffin room, one compartment was changed into six "well-shaped" small rooms, each with a space the size of a coffin but no more than five feet high. Six residents live a cave-like life here. Guests can't stand or even sit in the room. They must lie down and crawl around like animals.
Main distribution area
The "coffin room" is hidden in the old districts of Sham Shui Po, Kwun Tong and North Point in Hong Kong.
