Overview of Zhenbeibao

The film Red Sorghum went to the world from here when it won the Golden Bear Award in the 38th West Berlin International Film. Since then, many films have been made here, many stars have been raised, and many international and domestic awards have been won, all of which are the best in China Film and Television City, and they are known as "the best in China". At present, more than 50 films have been shot here, and most of the "film emperors", "movie stars" and "stars" at home and abroad have risen from here, which is also the place where "big-name" directors frequently dabble in film and television awards. The West Studio of Zhenbeibao was born in two castles forgotten by the world. The old castle beside the highway, commonly known as "Old Castle", was built in Hongzhi period of Ming Dynasty and was the barracks of ancient military fortress. It was destroyed by the three-year (1738) earthquake in Qingganlong, and it has a history of 500 years. According to legend, when Han Yu, a general of the Ming Dynasty, was preparing to build a castle around Helan Mountain, he invited the so-called "Mr. Feng Shui" to see the "Feng Shui" here, and Mr. Feng Shui traveled around.

Zhou said that this place is in the middle of Helan Mountain, which is an extension of "Wolong Huaizhu", and predicted that "there must be emperors and princes" here in the future, so Han Yu decided to build a fort here, which is now Zhenbei Fort. Throughout the ages, there have been no emperors and princes here, but there have been many film and television works, stars and famous directors that have sensationalized the world cinema. In the Qing Dynasty, in order to prevent foreigners from taking advantage of it, an earthen fort, which was slightly larger than the "old castle", was built less than 200 meters away from the destroyed "old castle", and it was called "new castle". It was completed about two years after the castle was destroyed by the earthquake, that is, five years after the Qing Dynasty (1740), which has been a long time since. This kind of old castle, commonly known locally as "earth enclosure", is a unique "earth-covered building" in northwest China. The ancients also paid attention to local conditions and local materials. The castle walls are completely rammed with loess without bricks. After hundreds of years of rain, snow, wind and frost and man-made destruction, by the fifties and sixties, the majestic posture of the frontier fortress had disappeared. Different people have different opinions.

196 1 year, Zhang Xianliang, who works in the nearby Nanliang Farm, found that it exudes an indomitable momentum and tenacious vitality from the depths of the yellow land. In the 1980s, after his rehabilitation, he first wrote Zhenbeibao into his novel Greening Tree, which he called Zhennanbao and introduced into the film and television circle. The films "Herdsmen", "Red Sorghum" and "Yellow River Ballad" were shot in this period and won international awards. This magical land is the "Western Film and Television City" founded by the famous writer Zhang Xianliang and his colleagues.

Shuangfeng Town-The Water Margin, a large-scale digital film between Zhu Tong and Lei Heng, was filmed in this film and television base on June 12, 2008.
