The battery needs normal maintenance, so how to use the battery correctly?

1. After the electrolyte is exhausted: If it is found that water or sulfuric acid cannot be added to the electrolyte after the electrolyte is exhausted, battery replenisher or distilled water should be selected.
2. Service environment of the battery: The change of ambient temperature also has a great influence on the life of the battery. Extreme heat and cold are the deadly killers of batteries.
3. Keep the battery fully charged: During the normal running of the vehicle, the electrical equipment such as air conditioners and headlights are powered by generators. If there is a traffic jam, because the engine speed is too low, the engine can't guarantee the normal work of these high-power electrical equipment, then the battery will start to output electric energy. If the battery is in this state of power loss for a long time, it will accelerate the aging of the battery plate and shorten the service life.

4. Storage of battery: Some vehicles have been parked for a long time without any treatment of the battery, thinking that the power supply will naturally turn off after the vehicle is turned off. Actually, this is a wrong concept. Some data that need computer memory and initialization of some devices need electric energy to maintain. A fully charged battery will lose power within 2-3 weeks after the vehicle stops driving. If it lasts for a month, its internal force will be released cleanly. Therefore, if you want to stop for a long time, you should unplug the connecting wire on the battery pile head. However, even if the battery is stored separately, self-discharge will occur. Therefore, it is suggested that the car owner should charge the battery every 2-3 months when the vehicle stops running for a long time.
Use battery number three. Don't.
1. Don't block the ventilation holes of non-maintenance-free batteries. The vent hole of maintenance-free battery is used to dissipate heat and release internal pressure. If the vent hole is blocked, the internal pressure will rise, which will lead to battery explosion in severe cases.
2. Don't use the incorrect charging method. The battery should be charged with a small current for a long time. If the battery is charged with high current for a long time, the electrolyte will be heated and boiled, and the internal moisture will evaporate, thus changing the density of the electrolyte.

3. Don't work without power for a long time. If the vehicle owner negligently causes the battery to be over-discharged, after restarting the vehicle, the engine should keep running for at least 1 hour to charge the battery. If you can turn it on, you can charge the battery at idle speed. If you want to improve the charging effect, you can increase the engine speed. Generally 1200 rpm can achieve a good charging effect. Occasionally, the battery will be discharged once or twice, which has little effect on the battery life, as long as the owner ensures that the battery is fully charged after solving the problem. Working in a state of insufficient power for a long time will greatly damage the life of the battery.
