Article 65 Anyone who commits any of the following acts shall be detained for not less than five days but not more than ten days ; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be detained for not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days, and may also be fined not more than one thousand yuan:
(1) Intentionally damaging or defacing other people’s graves or destroying or discarding other people’s bones or ashes ;
