Why can South Korea get the Zhouyi application?
The reason why Zhouyi was applied for World Heritage in Korea is because Zhouyi has a high status in Korea. South Korea is deeply influenced by the Book of Changes and has special feelings for it. China's Zhouyi culture really has a high status in Korea and has been supported by Korean nationals. Therefore, South Korea chose the Eight Diagrams Taiji Diagram (four hexagrams, namely, the dry hexagrams, the Kun hexagrams and the Kan hexagrams) in the Book of Changes as its national flag pattern, and valued the support and status of countries for this culture when applying for the World Heritage.
