On the Cultivation of Xuanmen Disciples

Xuanmen practice is familiar in the human body. Through perspective observation, its primary color is milky white and liquid (when released to the outside, it is gaseous or field state), which can be considered as a liquid system in human body. Wei is a specific part of the liquid system. This liquid is located in different parts, so it has different functions, so it has different names. For example, the vital energy hidden in the abdomen, the vitality in the lungs, the vital energy in the pulse, the defensive qi in the whole body tissue, and the brain marrow in the brain are collectively called "true qi" in qigong circles. Now let's pay attention to Wei Ying's Qi, which is commonly called Qi or Qi.

Qi Ying is plasma, and the branch of Lingshuying Health Association said, "Campers are the essence of Shui Gu." It is mainly produced by subtle Shui Gu in the spleen and stomach, and it is a more nutritious substance in Shui Gu's Qi. Su Wen Bi Zheng Lun said: "Campers can enter the pulse, harmonize the five internal organs, and sprinkle Chen on the six internal organs, so they follow the pulse up and down, unblock the five internal organs and collateral the six internal organs." From this point of view, Qi Ying is located in the "pulse", that is, the blood vessel, which becomes the component of blood running the whole body, metabolizing blood and promoting blood running, so it is also called ying blood. As the old saying goes, "Camp is in blood" and "Camp is in pulse".

If we don't look at the arguments of the ancients mysteriously, it is not difficult to see that the main body of invigorating qi is plasma.

Physiology divides blood into blood cells (such as red blood cells) and plasma. Blood cells are tangible entities, which are called "blood" and "blood belongs to yin" in traditional Chinese medicine, while plasma liquid is intangible, which is called "Qi Ying" and "qi belongs to yang", which is very consistent with the classification standard of Yin and Yang theory in traditional Chinese medicine. From the source, the nutrients in plasma come from the digestion and absorption of the digestive system, which is the "Shui Gu essence" produced by the spleen and stomach. Plasma carries blood cells, just like a ship carries blood, which accords with the classic exposition that "Qi is handsome for blood and Qi is good for blood". Plasma provides a liquid environment for the survival of cells in the body, and at the same time transports nutrients to harmonize the whole body, which is the "harmony is the five internal organs, and sprinkling is the six internal organs" of invigorating qi. As a component of blood, plasma blood cells become an inseparable whole and run endlessly in the blood. Neijing and other ancient books have summarized it as "blood-nourishing in parallel", "blood-nourishing in pulse" and "blood-nourishing in blood" for many times. The most convincing thing is internal observation. In the eyes of people with this functional and physiological knowledge, it is accurate and unquestionable that the nutrient gas is plasma.

The sages realized that the liquid called plasma today had no name at that time. See it "run the whole body" and "keep fit", so it is named "camp". "Spirit Pivot Evil Guest" says: "Those who nourish qi secrete body fluids, inject them into the veins and turn them into blood". Examples like this are too numerous to mention.

Stephy is a specific part of interstitial fluid. Let's talk about tissue fluid first. When plasma flows through capillaries, nutrients in plasma seep out of blood vessels through osmosis, and become interstitial fluid between tissues and cells, and then reach each cell from the interstitial fluid. Similarly, metabolic waste produced by cells must pass through tissue fluid to be discharged to the outside world. It can be said that only through interstitial fluid can the human body exchange material, energy and information with the outside world.

Because people walk upright, interstitial fluid can't be completely liquid, but exists in the form of colloid. This prevents the stagnation of gravity on the foot end, "yin and yang are separated." However, colloid has considerable limitations and cannot be better exchanged with the outside world. Therefore, in addition to the jelly state, some of it can flow, unlike water, which is a liquid. To be precise, it should belong to the liquid crystal state. When it is released to the outside world, it becomes a field state or a gas state, just as water becomes a gas state when heated. This is static and dynamic, just like a stream on a vast ice sheet. This "flow" is the meridian, and "water" is the defensive qi. Through this "stream", nutrients are continuously sent to every cell and gap. Therefore, the book "Soul Pivot" says: "Those who defend qi, therefore, warm meat, mend skin, fatten and manage opening and closing."

The fetus is in the mother's womb. It doesn't eat, drink or breathe. Everything depends on the mother. Physiologically, it is found that after the maternal blood reaches the placenta, nutrients and oxygen penetrate into the stroma to become interstitial fluid, and then penetrate into the fetal capillaries to collect in the umbilical cord and flow into the fetus. In other words, the mother's blood flowing to the fetus is not red, but pale yellow tissue fluid in twenty miles. The psychic observed that the umbilical cord was injected into the fetus. Milky yellow Stephy gurgled into young life and became the "innate vitality" of the fetus. This unifies Ziwei and interstitial fluid.

The formation process of Wei Qi observed specially is as follows: Inhalation, blood cells "squeeze" into capillaries, and the blood vessels are slightly closed. It may be because of this crowding that the components in blood become Wei Qi through capillaries-this is the formation of interstitial fluid, which will not be discussed in detail. Exhale, the blood vessels are slightly opened, and blood cells are ejected from the capillaries and enter the venous end. The ancients observed the above process and made many expositions, such as "Breathing in is pneumatic, breathing is blood-moving", "Qi is handsome for blood, and blood is the mother of qi", "Blood travels inside the pulse, and qi travels outside the pulse" and "Lung governs Qi, so the pulse is closed when inhaling and open when breathing". Indoor observation builds a bridge between understanding ancient and modern and physiology.

In vivo observation not only confirmed that Wei Qi is consistent with the production of interstitial fluid, but also conforms to the microcirculation theory. When blood flows through capillaries, it does not travel smoothly and evenly, but presents wave-like self-discipline movement of capillaries and hypo-perfusion of blood, which is in a state of ups and downs. We not only observed this phenomenon, but also learned that the motive force of this phenomenon is not the heartbeat of the heart, but the rhythm of breathing, so it is said that "the lung governs qi".

In Feng Shui, playing is a stream of consciousness and a state of field. Although "Qi" is often written in TCM and Feng Shui works, it should actually be the concept of "brush". In health care, "Shu" is a kind of energy, which is needed by human spirit. There is endless energy flow in the universe. In qigong, breathing, induction and meditation, energy flow is emphasized. From the coordination of action and consciousness, it can heal the human body and improve health. The essence of "Tong" is the four-dimensional information of the combination of gravity and space energy phonons, the five-dimensional high-energy field of the four-dimensional spherical compression evolution, the six-dimensional information of the four-dimensional five-dimensional combination with electromagnetism, and the seven-dimensional information of the five-dimensional combination with hot-base gluons.

There is nothing on the water. Five elements are born in blood, meridians and pulse conditions. Probably first seen in the ancient jade article "Walking on the Jade Column Sutra" in Tianjin History Museum. The rubbings on this article are now collectively called "Qi Yupei Ming".

As the ancients said, the practice of Xiandao pays the most attention to refining gas and advocates "refining gas as the basis". Human qi can be divided into five types: primordial qi, ancestral qi, nourishing qi, defending qi and floating qi. Among them, only primordial qi is innate qi, and the other four are acquired qi. Yuan has fallen and the immortal was born. Refining the gods and practicing Buddhism is to cultivate the truth. The rest of the names are in succession, which is hard to rely on. The original text of Zhuangzi said: "If you are determined, you don't have to listen to your ears, but listen to your heart; Don't listen with your heart, listen with your heart. Listening stops at the ear, and the heart stops at the symbol. It is also empty, and those who govern things are also empty. Only the Tao is empty, and those who are empty are also fasting. "

Qi refers to the most basic energy and physiological function that constitutes the human body and maintains life activities. During the pre-Qin and Han Dynasties, there were many works about children, such as Laozi, Liezi, Zhuangzi, Guanzi, Guanzi, Xunzi, Huainanzi and Huangdi Neijing. Most of them are Taoist works or works related to Taoism.

"Innate" has many names in the classics of various schools, and the common nouns are listed as follows:

Confucian appellation

Heart, regulating qi, infinity, virtue, conscience, kindness, sex, virtue, yellow, benevolence, hard-won qi, integrity.

Buddhist appellation

Heart, Buddha nature, truth, wisdom, wisdom, King Kong is not bad, Miao Jue, Miao Ming Xin, Buddhist relics, Miao Ming Zi Jin Guang, King Kong's right eye is hidden, Bodhisattva, Tathagata, Buddha's place, Mani Zhu Bao.

Taoist appellation

Heart, congenital qi, true yang, true source, purple qi, Shen Yuan, Bushen, Zhenchang, Changshou, Huang Ting, elixir, three-inch qi, Tianyi Zhenshui, Xiaomi Zhu Xuan, and Great God.

Modern appellation

Life, mind, root, soul, energy of feeling and thinking, energy of life, etc. Due to the different historical periods, the names of various schools are different, but they are all talking about the essence of human life.

When the universe was created, there was a first generation, which Taoism called the original generation. It was the true ancestor spirit, and Taiyi contained the true qi. This innate similarity is the initial information before BIGBANG, the rhythm of the origin of the universe and the vibrant Tao.
