What are the eight directions of Bagua?

Counterclockwise, starting from the top: Qian 1, Dui 2, Li 3, Zhen 4, clockwise starting from the top: Qian 1, Xun 5, Kan 6, Gen 7, Kun 8.

The top is Qian, the bottom is Kun, the left is Li, and the right is Kan.

Bagua: Bagua diagrams are divided into two types: innate Bagua and acquired Bagua. There are two types of Bagua diagrams. One is called Xiantian Bagua, also known as Fuxi Bagua. It is said to be the creation of Fuxi. It is said that this Bagua is the evolution of Tai Chi Diagram. The other type is Houtian Bagua, double-named Wenwang Bagua, which is said to be the creation of Zhou Wenwu. The eight trigrams are Qian, Kun, Zhen, Xun, Li, Kan, Gen and Dui. The arrangement, symbolic position and number of the innate and acquired gossips are all different. The owners of the Xiantian Bagua are: 1. Qian lives in the south, with a number of one, opposite to Kun. 2 Kun lives in the north, with a number of eight, opposite to Qian. 3 Zhen is located in the northeast, with a number of four, opposite to Xun. 4 Xun lives in the southwest, numbering five, opposite Zhen. 5 They live in the east, numbering three, opposite the ridge. 6 Kan is located in the west, numbered six, opposite to Li. 7 Gen lives in the northwest, with a number of seven, opposite to Dui. 8 is located in the southeast, with a number of two, opposite to Gen. The combination of the above relative numbers is nine, the combination of Qian and Kun is nine, the combination of Zhen and Xun is nine, the combination of Li and Kan is nine, and the combination of Gen and Dui is also nine. There are differences between the acquired Bagua and the innate Bagua: 1. Living in the south, the five elements are fire, the number is nine, and it is opposite to Kan. 2. Kan is located in the north. The five elements are water. The number is one, opposite to Li. 3 Zhen is located in the east. The five elements are wood, and the number is three, which is opposite to Dui. 4 is in the west, the five elements are gold, the number is seven, and it is opposite to Zhen. 5 Qian lives in the northwest. The five elements are gold and the number is six. It is opposite to Xun. 6 Xun lives in the southeast. The five elements are trees, four in number, opposite to stems. 7. Kun lives in the southwest, and the five elements are earth. The number is two, opposite to Gen. 8. Gen lives in the northeast, has five elements of earth, and its number is eight, opposite to Kun. The hexagrams taken in Bazhai Feng Shui are Houtian Bagua. Each hexagram in this eight trigrams represents one of the six relatives: the father of Qianzhu, the mother of Kunzhu, the eldest son of Zhenzhu, the eldest daughter of Xunzhu, the middle man of Kanzhu, and the Lizhu. The middle girl, Gen is the master of the boy, and Dui is the master of the girl. When a certain direction in the home is unlucky, we can use the hexagrams in that direction to infer who will have the greatest impact. In the same way, which side is the most auspicious, we can also use the hexagrams in that direction to infer who will benefit the most.
