Schematic diagram of Peugeot 308 central air conditioning button on 20 19 (the picture number corresponds to the following serial number)

1, front windshield defogging

Press the button, the indicator lights up, the compressor works to refrigerate, the air volume automatically turns to the maximum gear, and the cold air blows to the windshield to demist.

2. Rear windshield defogging/rearview mirror defogging

The defogging principle of rear windshield and exterior rearview mirror is to use heat to evaporate water vapor, and there are electric heating wires on the glass. Because glass is not suitable for long-term heating, this function will only last 15 minutes.

Step 3 adjust the temperature

Turn/press clockwise to increase the temperature, and turn counterclockwise to decrease the temperature.

The left and right temperature adjustment knobs respectively adjust the temperature of the driver's seat and the co-pilot seat.

4. Internal/external circulation

Internal circulation refers to the continuous circulation of the air in the car, and external circulation refers to letting the outside air in and replacing the original air in the car. When there are a lot of traffic jams, dust and smoke, internal circulation should be adopted. Switch the external circulation every hour or so on the highway section to prevent the polluted air from causing health problems.

5. Air conditioning switch

The switch of refrigeration mode, press the button, the indicator lights up, and the air conditioning compressor starts to operate, blowing out cold air.

6. Close

Turn off the air conditioner, but the internal and external circulation and air outlet mode are not affected.

7. Air volume adjustment

Increase or decrease the amount of air.

8. Air outlet mode

You can choose to blow the head, feet, glass, or a combination of the two, and switch each time you press it.

The blades of the tuyere can move up and down, left and right to change the wind direction.
