How to hang sandbags? Where should I hang it?

Many fitness enthusiasts like to hang a sandbag at home, but many people don't know how to hang a sandbag at home. Then, I will tell you step by step how to hang sandbags!

The first step: "site selection". Make sure there is a place to hang sandbags at home. I chose the position on the beam of the corridor, and now a pair of rings have been installed on the beam. By the way, let me show you. After the rings are put away, you can practice pull-ups as a horizontal bar. When the rings are lowered, you can practice the flexion and extension of the parallel bars, but it is much more difficult than using the parallel bars.

Step 2: Buy canvas and cut it. I used the old canvas at home, which was 1.5 m long and 1 m wide. I cut it into two pieces in the direction of 1.5 meters, one is 0.9 meters and the other is 0.6 meters. In addition, a small piece of canvas was found and cut into a disc with a diameter of 34 cm. (The design size of sandbags is 120cm long and 30cm in diameter. )

Step 3: Buy nylon belts and triangular rings. I bought a three-meter-long nylon belt and four stainless steel triangular rings with a side length of 5 cm.

Step 4: Sewing. First, cut the nylon belt into four sections, fold each section in half, put on a triangular ring, and sew it on a smaller canvas at equal distances. Sew two pieces of canvas together, and then sew the two sides together to form a tube. Next, sew the CD on the bottom. The top of the sandbag is turned inward, leaving a hole for the rope to pass through-the rope is used to seal the sandbag after filling.

Step 5: Fill. I use rags and old clothes. Don't think the clothes are too light. One meter and two meters sandbags, after being filled and compacted, weigh dozens of pounds, which is not easy to take. Tighten the rope after filling.

Step 6: Buy accessories and assemble them. The accessories I bought are all stainless steel, which I bought online, totaling more than 30 yuan, including: 4 5mm spring buckles, 1 meter 5mm chain (cut into two sections), 1 6mm quick-connect ring, 1 6mm swivel ring (to prevent the chains from twisting together when the sandbag swings), 1 0. Connect the two ends of two chains with sandbag triangular rings with spring buckles, put a ring in the middle of every two chains on the quick-connect ring (the number of links cut into two sections must be the same as the odd number, otherwise the sandbags on both sides will be unbalanced), and put a rotating ring on the quick-connect ring.

Step 7: Install the telescopic hook. Use an electric hammer to punch holes in the beam (the hole can be slightly tilted to increase the vertical strength). Install the expansion hook, and pay attention to the direction when installing. If the hole is hit obliquely to the left, then the hook should be to the right to avoid the sandbag accidentally falling out when the opening is too low.
