4. Tea trees do not require a lot of water like other fruit trees. When the tea leaves are dry, the yield is less and they will not die. Generally, there are many tea leaves in summer and they are not purchased in summer. Generally, only Tieguanyin is available. Tea picking is common throughout the year, and the water of spring tea is smoother and smoother to drink. In the past, summer tea made without air conditioning was not drinkable and would often upset your stomach. Now that air conditioning is available, it is much better. Because of market demand, some people also make summer tea. The quality of autumn tea is average, but its fragrance is very good, with a very special orchid fragrance. Many people drink Tieguan’s autumn tea the most, also called Qiuxiang. The output of tea in winter is very small, because at the junction of winter and spring, the steam temperature has warmed up a little, and the tea has grown a little longer. The output is not large, and things are rare and expensive. The largest output in the year is spring tea, which is the best. What I drink is autumn tea, which is my understanding of Tieguanyin.
