Shaolin Temple
Shaolin Temple, the first temple in the world, is the birthplace of Shaolin Wushu. It is located in the hinterland of Songshan Mountain in Zhongyue, Dengfeng City, Henan Province. The mountain is a treasure trove of Feng Shui for Zuo Qinglong and You Baihu. Because the temple is in the dense jungle under Shaoshi Mountain, it is named "Shaolin Temple".
In the 19th year of Taihe in the Northern Wei Dynasty (AD 495), Emperor Xiaowen built Shaolin Temple on the mountain to solve the annual missionary work of Batra, which was highly disliked by India. Dharma, the 28th generation Buddhist disciple of Sakyamuni's eldest son Mahayana, crossed the ocean to Guangzhou, crossed the Yangtze River in Nanjing, and came to Songshan Shaolin Temple, where a large number of believers preached Zen, which was regarded as the ancestral home of China Zen by the Buddhist community, and Shaolin Temple was also regarded as the ancestral home of China Zen.
Shaolin Temple is famous for Zen and martial arts. During the Sui and Tang Dynasties, it was already very famous. Shaolin Wushu in Song Dynasty has its own system and unique style, which is called "Shaolin School" in history. Become the leader of the Wulin League. During the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, Shaolin Temple had more than 2,000 people who hated the public and became a famous Buddhist temple at home and abroad!
Shaolin Wushu has always been famous for its profoundness. It is not only based on pure Buddhist internal skills, but also famous for its seventy-two stunts, as well as Yijinjing and marrow washing, which are regarded as the magic weapon of the supreme martial arts! Shaolin pays the most attention to laying a good foundation, step by step, and every monk who becomes a monk is trained by the novice monk's martial arts. He may be allowed to practice advanced martial arts before the foundation is laid. Therefore, there are many experts in the temple, such as the unknown monk mentioned in "Eight Dragons" and the eminent monk who wrote "Jiuyang Shen Gong" under the guise of Buddhism in "Heaven through the Ages"! Known as "the first school in Wulin" by Wulin people, it plays an important role in Jianghu.
Wudang
Wudang Mountain is located near Xiangyang, Hubei Province, with Qinling Mountain in the north and Bashan Mountain in the south, with continuous ups and downs of more than 400 kilometers. Wudang Mountain is a unique mountain, its main peak Tianzhu towering into the sky, and countless peaks guard it. It is an excellent place to cultivate truth and practice spirit, so it has gradually become a famous Taoist mountain since Zhenguan in the Tang Dynasty. It is said that the word "Wudang" means "it is not true enough to use force". The world-famous Wutangmen was built in the Purple Night Palace on Tianzhu Peak.
Wutangmen was founded by a real person, Zhang Sanfeng, at the end of the Southern Song Dynasty. Zhang Sanfeng, formerly known as Zhang Junbao, studied under Shaolin Jue Yuan since childhood. Through his teaching, he not only developed a quiet and inaction character, but also practiced the initial kung fu of Jiuyang Shen Gong from a distance. Later, it happened that He Zudao, the ancestor of Kunlun, challenged Shaolin and Shaolin World War I, and He Zudao surprised the whole temple with a stone as a shovel. However, Zhang Junbao, a genius in the sky, finally learned a set of arhat boxing from the iron arhat in ten days, which drove He Zudao back to the Western Regions and never set foot on the Central Plains again. At this time, Zhang Junbao was just a boy of sixteen or seventeen.
However, after this campaign, Zhang Junbao was suspected of stealing weapons, and Jue Yuan was forced to go down to Shaolin with Junbao, and died at the foot of the mountain after reciting "Jiuyang Zhen Jing" that night. Three people heard about that night, namely Zhang Junbao, Guo Xiang and Shaolin Colorless Zen Master. After that, Wuse created Shaolin Jiuyang Gong according to what he heard, Guo Xiang realized Emei Jiuyang Gong, and later created Emei School. Zhang Sanfeng invented wu-tang clan's martial arts on the basis of the boxing theory since since the enlightenment, the Taoist way of living without fear of emptiness, and the internal strength contained in Jiuyang Zhen Jing.
Wu-tang clan, a Taoist school, pays attention to calmness and is not easy to fight. However, Wudang, as a noble and upright sect, all its disciples are upright and brave. After Zhang Sanfeng was 100 years old, he collected a set of magical works, Taiji Shengong, which has been passed down to this day. Therefore, since the Seven Heroes of Wudang, Wu Tangmen's wizards and talents have emerged in an endless stream, crisscrossing the rivers and lakes, and finally established a great reputation for Wu Tangmen. Hundreds of years later, Wutangzong and Shaolin Temple in Songshan, Henan Province were called the Big Dipper of Mount Tai in Wulin, which was admired by Wulin all over the world. Wudang disciples are also in the Jianghu, writing a series of epic Wulin legends with their swords, swords and blood.
