So what is Long Mai? Feng Shui calls this rolling mountain Long Mai. In ancient times,' geomantic omen' pioneered the' five-place technique', that is,' finding dragons, checking sand, watching water, pointing and standing'. This is the geographical background of dragons. The earth is the meat of the dragon, the stone is the bone of the dragon, and the vegetation is the hair of the dragon. If the emperor wants to find his own land in Long Mai, he must first find the mountain of his ancestors' parents, take good care of his pulse, don't get angry, and distinguish between yin and yang.
In addition to choosing a feng shui treasure house for one's own tomb to benefit future generations, there is another saying in Feng Shui that the tomb is occupied for happiness. It is said that the reason why Qin Shihuang was able to destroy other ethnic groups and unify the whole country in one fell swoop was related to occupying other people's graves.
Whose grave is that? It turned out to be Zhou. At that time, Qin was located in the west of the border. It was originally unremarkable. It is said that it was because the king of Qin occupied Zhou Wang's mausoleum that the State of Qin became auspicious and eventually ruled the country. Archaeologists have formally theorized this statement. At that time, archaeologists found the same cave as Qin Jun's tomb in the Warring States Period when they visited the Tomb of the Yuan Dynasty in Xianyang, thus confirming that the king of Qin was indeed occupied by pigeons.
Later, when Qin Shihuang ruled the country, he was always worried that the mountains and rivers he had worked so hard to manage would be taken away by others. As a result, he invited all the magicians in the world and tried every means to dig Long Mai everywhere, just because he heard that all the people called kings were built on the Long Mai. Therefore, Qin Shihuang did this to make his dynasty last for a long time and avoid being called the emperor again.
On one occasion, Qin Shihuang traveled eastward through Danyang, and his entourage divined Wang Qi in Yunyang. Hearing this, Qin Shihuang was very worried that another emperor would appear in this place and compete with him for the country. So Qin Shihuang began to send people to destroy the feng shui in Danyang. First, Qin Shihuang changed the name here from Yunyang to Qua, and then deliberately turned the straight road here into a bend, in order to destroy the Feng Shui here. Some people say that the Qin Dynasty was short-lived because what Qin Shihuang did aroused the wrath of heaven.
Even more coincidentally, although Qin Shihuang did everything possible to destroy the geomantic omen in Danyang, after his death, this place really fulfilled the Taoist saying, and then the first emperor appeared, that is, Sun Quan. According to legend, Sun Quan's grandfather, Zhong Sun, grew melons in Danyang for a living and was buried in Baihe Mountain after his death. His father, Sun Jian, was buried in the original site of Wuling Port, Danyang, with the tomb name Gaoling. In the Southern Dynasties, there were two emperors here, one was Xiao Daocheng and the other was Xiao Yan.
