Brief introduction of Ganye Temple

"Shaanxi Tongzhi" contains: the temple is located in the northwest of ancient Chang 'an, that is, Wuhou is the land of Nepal. In the 13th year of Ming Dynasty (1585), Fu Zhen, an official of Qin government, wrote an inscription in Rebuilding the Ancient Temple Ganye Temple: "Ganye Temple has not been tested. According to the theory that the only stone tablet that was destroyed and buried in the temple was nine years after the opening of Emperor Yangdi, and from historical observation to the anniversary of his death, Yi Temple was famous for its incense, and it was also learned from Yan Si's visit that the temple was built in Sui and Tang Dynasties.

During the Sui and Tang Dynasties, the temple occupied an area of about 300 mu, and the mountain gate was in the north of Doujiazhai village, more than 500 meters away from the south of the temple/kloc-0. Now there are two stone piers with flagpoles in their field. Therefore, there is a saying of "riding a horse to close the mountain gate".

During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, Ganye Temple was rebuilt, and the original area was reduced to110, covering an area of 30.9 mu, and other layouts remained unchanged. After the reconstruction, stone tablets and plaques were carved on both sides, and Jieshi is now under the wall of the pavilion in front of the temple. Later, because of the fire, most buildings were destroyed.

In the late Qing Dynasty, the masses donated money to rebuild the main hall. The main hall is built on the foundation, with a height of 1 m, a length of 10.5 m and a width of 9.5 m. Sitting facing south, it is 8 meters wide and 7 meters deep, with brick and wood structure and carved beams and painted buildings. It has been in disrepair for a long time, leaving only a dilapidated hall.

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, temple cultural relics have been unearthed from the original site of the temple. One of the cornerstones of lotus covered with pots is the Buddha's seat of Sakyamuni, which is 0.53 meters long and 0.45 meters high. The inscription "Two Years of Tianhe" was found on the cornerstone, which shows that there was Kanye Temple in the Northern Zhou and Southern and Northern Dynasties (AD 567).

According to page 14 of the manuscript "Two Lost Records of Chang 'an in the Southern Song Dynasty" published by Shaanxi Provincial Museum, "The mirror clearly shows that Taizong collapsed and Wu Sui Gan Ye Temple was Nepal. The note quoted Chang as saying that the Jiduni Temple in Anyefang belongs to Nepal. Ganye Temple is located in Seoul, west of the Forbidden Garden in the Tang Dynasty. In the era of autocracy, it is reasonable to put Taizong in this place. There is no other basis for expressing your ambition for an industry, and you can't feel where the industry is and attach to it. Like this, make history with your heart. " It can be seen that today's Ganye Temple Primary School is undoubtedly the site of Ganye Temple in Sui and Tang Dynasties. The statement that "Ganye Temple is the Jiduni Temple in Anyefang, Chang 'an in Tang Dynasty" contained in relevant materials is actually wrong. Those who are familiar with the history of the Tang Dynasty must know Ganye Temple, which is the temple where Wu Zetian cut hair for Nepal. The only female emperor in China's history spent two years in Ganye Temple before she ascended the throne to govern the country, accompanied by the morning bell and the evening drum, and the green light was on at the beginning, but this history was gradually forgotten by people with the vicissitudes of time.

After thousands of years of baptism, today's Ganye Temple is hidden in Ganye Temple Primary School in Housuozhai Village, the northern suburb of Xi. Walking into the campus, the tall locust trees and the quaint environment let us immediately feel the unique historical features of the Millennium Temple. Why this ancient temple was named "Ganye" still has to start from Yang Di. Emperor Yang Di's literary talent and martial arts are very famous among the emperors in China. He built a canal and conquered Korea, so he felt that what he did was unparalleled in the world. He thought it was a cause given to him by God, so he built Kanye Temple.

Ganye Temple is famous for its connection with Wu Zetian. In the 11th year of Zhenguan (637), 14-year-old Wu Zetian entered the palace and became a talent of Emperor Taizong. At first, Emperor Taizong loved her very much and gave her the title of "Wu Mei", but soon she was left out in the cold. Wu Zetian has been a talented person for 12 years, and her position has not been improved. During the period of Emperor Taizong's serious illness, Wu Zetian established feelings with Li Zhi, the son of Emperor Taizong.

After the death of Emperor Taizong in the 23rd year of Zhenguan (649), Wu Zetian and some childless concubines joined Ganye Temple as nuns, but she never got in touch with the new emperor Tang Gaozong Li Zhi. After Tang Gaozong ascended the throne, his concubine Xiao Shufei was a special pet. Two years later, the queen summoned Wu Zetian to the palace in an attempt to "fight poison with poison". Wu Zetian was 26 years old this year. After returning to the palace, Wu Zetian really defeated Xiao Shufei quickly and won the favor of Emperor Gaozong. The following year, she was promoted to Zhao Yi (Grade Two), and later gave birth to her first son, Li Hong. As a result, she started her own struggle career and became the only orthodox female emperor in the history of China. Hairdressing Ganye Temple can be said to be the low period of Wu Zetian, but it is also her incubation period. Although she, like many concubines, fell into a painful and helpless life of worshipping Buddha, she was still able to survive, keep in touch with Gaozong and get his love, which shows how deep her heart is at this time. However, what made her accumulate so much strength in just two years and get rid of it? This is a Millennium mystery. This is unofficial history in Carina Lau.

In 649 AD, Wu Meiniang entered Kanye Temple in despair and met a southern nun, Chen Shuozhen, who was practicing here. At that time, Chen Shuozhen had entered the esoteric religion (namely Manichaeism and Illuminati), and their respective practices were irrelevant.

One day in the street, Chen Shuozhen beat off the dalliance of several boastful children for Wu Meiniang, and their relationship improved rapidly. They often talk all night, so Chen Shuozhen introduced Tai Chi Feng Shui in Long Mai, the capital of san huang. Among them, there are natural Nvwa 、 Fuxi stone statues (that is, modern ship tips) and Fu Fei stone statues (after the water comes out, the stone comes out, the girl is clean, and Maitreya Buddha falls) in Gushan, ancient Shexian County. He also took this opportunity to teach Wu Meiniang all the teachings of Manichaeism, which is a secret religion. Soon, Wu Meiniang secretly converted to Manichaeism and became a Manichaean's Classic of Mountains and Seas, which was recorded in the Tanjing. The ancient name here is: Yushan, the birthplace of Dayu, the place where his father was killed. Fuchuan Mountain is a sacred mountain in the southeast, consisting of six mountains, two mountains in the east and two mountains in the west, and a barrier mountain. The periphery is Tiewei Mountain, and the middle is Xumi Mountain, also known as Xumi Building, which is called Wannian Building by Chen Shuozhen. One of the canyons has ten natural stone gates, nine of which are locked and the last one is empty, which is the last threshold of eternal life. It is said that on Tanabata, there will be a statue of "not locking the stone gate for nine times and not closing the Tianmen at night". The worse in heaven, the worse in earth. Therefore, the bolder one is to cross the ocean and steal down to the south of the Yangtze River to find the immortal, the holy land written by Chen Shuozhen. In ancient times, there has always been a legend that "the goddess saved the ship". Because the seven fairies came down from the boat tip (now called the boat tip), the top of the mountain is full of alpine meadows. There is not a stone or a tree on it. There are many kinds of fairy grass. Local proverb: Shimen is not closed. Fairy is different from Tao: Fairy is beautiful, and Tao is long-lasting. What Wu Meiniang wants first is beauty and fairies. I hope the future emperor can dote on her, which is in line with the greatest wish of a talented woman at that time.

However, miracles are coincidences in future dreams. Fushan is not only a fairy resort, but also a sacred place in Long Mai, Huizhou. Chen Shuozhen's is inviting the wolf into the room. Such an extremely clever woman is certainly more knowledgeable than the rural girls written by Chen Shuozhen, and she has served the emperor in the palace and began to understand the art of emperors. The mountains and rivers covered with floating mountains are the natural wonders of Long Mai, and the Great Cloud Classic records that Miss Qingguang is a woman.

One day, Chen Shuozhen took Wu Meiniang to make a wish in front of the Guanyin stone statue in the eighth level of "Shimen Jiusuo". When Wu Meiniang came to him, the rainbow hung horizontally, the phoenix flew and all the animals cheered. The stone statue turned into Wu Meiniang and walked down Sendai with a smile. Chen Shuozhen blamed Wu Meiniang for how he got into the fairy's head. It's not polite at all, but at first glance, it's still the stone statue beside him. Chen Shuozhen is a little sick. I wanted to brag about the magic of this immortal's head, so I hurried to pay homage to it, took Wu Meiniang down to Galand Terrace at Qiguan (now called Zaotai Village, an ancient Zoroastrianism village that mysteriously disappeared for thousands of years, as well as houses, stone roads and ancestral temples. Are still there). On the wall of the 800 arhats here, there is an eye of Guangmingtang, which is said to be the eye of heaven and earth (the earliest existing in China). Wu Meiniang is more convinced that the emperor has providence. Therefore, Wu Meiniang made up his mind to thoroughly understand the Great Cloud Sutra and the secrets of enlightenment.

Here, Chen Shuozhen and Wu Meiniang became sisters and promised to help each other in the future.

However, time is pressing, so Wu Meiniang must rush back to the temple as soon as possible, reluctantly bid farewell to Chen Shuozhen, and still return to the track of pure Buddha worship. However, at this time, Wu Zetian has changed her mind and started to design her own imperial road. First of all, she must win the favor of the new emperor and return to him. You can see the following verse:

Ruyi Niang (Wu Zetian was originally named Ruyi)

Zhu Jian thinks in succession, looking haggard and fragmented.

If you don't believe me, you will often cry.

This song Ruyi Niang was written by Empress Wu Zetian in Ganye Temple. The main idea of the poem is: I am confused and in a trance, and I think all the red ones are green. Why am I so haggard? Just because I think about you all day. If you don't believe that I cry silently every day because I miss you, just open the box and look at my pomegranate red skirt, which is covered with my mottled tears.

This poem is written in good faith. It is said that when the great poet Li Bai saw it, he couldn't help feeling relaxed and lost, and felt that he was not as good as Wu Zetian.
