02 plan
The apartment structure of the house is very simple. There is no porch, and the shoe cabinet on the left hand side of the door is not ready. There is no cabinet next to the shoe cabinet, so it can only be placed next to the sofa. There is an area above the shoe cabinet where there is no place to make a cabinet; There is no cabinet on the wall and top of the TV wall; There are no tables and chairs beside the dining room. There is also a large balcony to design a laundry room for the owners; The window of the master bedroom faces south, but there is no window and no position facing north; The bathroom next to the main bathroom has no design of dry and wet separation. The balcony in the second bedroom has no windows, so the function of the balcony cannot be realized; There is also the design of a small study. There is no porch next to the living room, and the kitchen is next to the living room. There is no porch space and no kitchen space, so the washing machine at home can't be put into the porch.
03 decoration budget
The renovation budget is about 300,000 to 400,000, which needs to be completed in two phases, because we didn't plan to decorate at first, so we thought about taking the baby to live when he grew up. It took six people to decorate the house, but everyone's budget was different, and finally they chose according to their actual situation.
04 conversion design
After we communicated with the designer, we decided to make a small change to separate the living room from the kitchen. Because the living room is relatively large, the designer chose to add a partition between the living room and the dining room, so that our bedroom can not see so much space from the outside. Because the couple were busy at work, they changed the bedroom into a study. At the same time, the bathroom has also achieved dry and wet separation. In this way, couples can live in separate rooms and make the bedroom more spacious. So we can also use the bathroom.
