The general principle is: reverse the car when starting. The so-called reverse start means starting from the back of the process, restarting the front after starting, and stopping in the forward direction when stopping, that is, stopping from front to back, and then stopping behind. The purpose of this is to work normally. Otherwise, materials will accumulate, causing mechanical accidents or production accidents.
After the machine is started normally, before feeding, the jig roughly supplies water and washing water to each room. After the second feeding and the third air intake are all capped, check the bed looseness, adjust the air volume and water consumption according to the specific situation to make the whole bed in the most suitable loose state, then roughly stabilize the air, water and exhaust system, and then make fine adjustments according to the actual indicators.
