Are the four generations of Huo Ying Watergate still alive and not dead?

Four generations did die. When the four generations sealed Kyubi no Youko, they also sealed some of their own chakra, and there was a scene of dialogue between Watergate and Naruto. Four generations of their own chakra was not enough at that time, so they borrowed chakra from Naruto's mother. These are all hung by AB for Naruto.
