Personally, I think Hawkeye is a good person in this play.
You can't comment on good people and bad people. One of the Seven Wuhai is a decent image in animation, and many people of One Piece can't evaluate it. The navy is a good person, pirates are bad people, but Hawkeye is a very affectionate person.
