1, preset questions
All our sales problems should have a script, and our sales process should be designed in our minds. A well-designed sales process can make us calmly deal with customers. Our preset questions can make our conversation more logical and effective.
2. Altruism is the main thing
No matter what sales we do, the highest level is sincerity, considering the problem from the customer's point of view, and letting customers recognize the sales staff, because most customers don't like sales that just want to sell products or services to them.
Step 3 guide customers
We can guide the layout design of Feng Shui, or compare it with the quality and price of peers. Each kind of guidance has a strong purpose, guiding customers to express their true demands, and then prescribe the right medicine.
Communication skills with customers
When communicating, we should change from "selling clearly" to "customers understand". You can't always say "we are awesome" and you can't make customers feel "rebellious". We should make customers feel "value", make them feel "comfortable", "at ease" and "at ease", and encourage customers to behave, instead of talking all the time.
Ask customers to change from "rational thinking" to "perceptual thinking" and refute their intentions at will. Keep consistent with the customer's cognition, present value, answer questions and clinch a deal. Deal with customers in their language. Don't use my plan and our plan in the negotiation process, but create a win-win result with customers!
