Pinggang Village Committee is located in the west of Taicheng. It is connected to Jinkeng in the east, Shuinan in the south, Zhudong in the west, and Lingbei in the north. It is 7.5 kilometers away from the sub-district office and has a total land area of ??3.36 square kilometers. The village committee is located in Pinggangwei. Taisha Highway and Nanshui Highway pass through the village, and the natural village roads are paved with cement concrete, making transportation convenient. There are 825 acres of cultivated land, including 480 acres of paddy fields and 345 acres of dry land; 354 ??acres of fish ponds and 165 acres of fruits. The population is 1,471.
