(1) When the thickness of concrete sprayed at one time cannot meet the design requirements, it should be sprayed in several times, but the interval between re-spraying should not exceed 2 hours, otherwise the sprayed surface should be washed with high-pressure water.
(2) In case of overbreak or crack, spray first and then spray normally.
(3) It is forbidden to aim the nozzle at the personnel.
(4) In case of blockage, insufficient wind or power failure during spraying, the water valve should be closed immediately and the nozzle should be placed downward to prevent water from flowing into the delivery pipe. When pipe plugging is handled by tapping method, it is forbidden to have people in front of or near the spray gun mouth.
(5) In the process of spraying, if the pointer of the pressure gauge of the shotcrete machine suddenly swings abnormally, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
(6) When starting the machine, you must supply water first, then supply air, then start the machine, and finally feed. When stopping, stop the material first, then stop the machine, then turn off the water, and finally stop the wind.
(7) Strictly implement dust removal and dust reduction measures when spraying, and spraying personnel should wear dust masks, latex gloves and glasses.
(8) After the spraying process, the spraying layer should be watered once per shift within 7 days, and then watered once a day for continuous maintenance for 28 days.
10, requirements for mixing concrete:
(1) The label, specifications and materials used for shotcrete shall comply with the provisions of operation procedures. Sand and gravel must be sieved before batching.
(2) The ingredients must be measured according to the design mixture ratio.
(3) Wet mixing should be used for both manual and mechanical mixing. When mixing manually, clean the cement sand and turn it over for three times to make it mix evenly.
(4) The accelerator must be evenly added to the feed inlet of the jet machine according to the mixing amount specified in the operation procedures.
(5) The networking distance of metal mesh and the specifications of wires for networking shall comply with the provisions of operation procedures.
(6) Test the strength of concrete regularly, and reinforce and support the unqualified parts.
1 1, the following preparations must be made before bolting and shotcreting support:
(1) Prepare anchor rod, net head supporting materials and construction tools.
(2) Check whether the wind, water and electricity required for construction are normal and in good condition.
(3) Carry out the provisions in Articles 22-27 of Driller.
(4) Check whether the supporting materials such as anchor rod, anchoring agent and cement are qualified.
(5) Check the temporary support, clean up the floating gangue and level off the construction site.
(6) According to the waist line, check the specifications and quality of the roadway section, and handle the unqualified parts.
(7) Determine the eye position of the anchor eye according to the waist line, and make obvious marks.
12, the following work should be done before shotcreting:
(1) Check whether the geomantic pipes and cables are in good condition and whether there is air leakage, water leakage and electric leakage.
(2) Check whether the anchor installation and metal mesh laying meet the design requirements, and handle the problems in time when found.
(3) Clean up the gangue (coal) and other sundries at the injection site.
(4) The conveying pipeline should be straight without sharp bends; Joints must be strictly prohibited and air leakage is not allowed. Non-antistatic plastic pipes are strictly prohibited as conveying pipes.
(5) Check whether the shotcrete machine is in good condition, and power on for no-load operation, and the friction plate is fastened without air leakage.
(6) Before shotcreting, check the tunnel section size according to the waist line, clean up the foundation, dig the foundation trench, and install the shotcrete thickness mark.
(7) Before spraying, the rock surface must be washed with high-pressure water.
(8) When there are obvious water gushing points, the conduit shall be buried for water diversion.
