1. What glazed tile is good?
1, waterproof. In the process of making glazed tiles, the surface of glazed tiles will be coated with a bright glaze layer to make them impervious and prevent water accumulation.
2, high strength. Glazed tiles are calcined at high temperature. As long as the quality reaches the national standard, it can bear the weight exceeding the human body weight, and it can also withstand wind, rain and sun for a long time.
3. Climate adaptability. Because of the low water absorption of glazed tiles, glazed tiles can be installed and used well in both the south and the north, and the color of tiles can be guaranteed to remain unchanged under long-term sunlight.
4. Reduce noise. Because glazed tiles have their own unique process design, and these designs have good adaptability and noise reduction performance.
5. Various colors. Glazed tiles can be carefully prepared into glazed surfaces of different colors, with bright colors. There are three kinds of glazed tiles: matte, matte and glossy.
6, rich in accessories. In order to make the roof structure complete and beautiful, glazed tiles have 14 different main tile fittings, which makes the building more artistic.
7, do not need to take care of. Glazed tiles have good adaptability, even if they are always outside, they will not grow moss and do not need manual care.
2. What kinds of glazed tiles are there?
1. Flat tile: This is the main waterproof component covering the roof. Its cross section is a quarter circle, with a width at the front and a width at the back, and the thickness is about 1.6~2.4cm. When in use, it is spread on the back of the plaster, one by one in sequence. Generally, it is laid by pressing seven and exposing three (that is, the upper tile presses 70% of the lower tile body and exposes 30% of the conventional discharge). At the eaves and the root of the roof, due to the different gradient of the roof, it should be thinned or thickened appropriately. 30% of the first half of the tile should be glazed.
2. Pipe tile: This is a kind of roof waterproof component, which is used to seal the joint between two tiles. The cross section is semi-circular, and there is a tongue-shaped tenon at the back end, called the bear head, which is used to overlap with another tile on it. Put it at the junction of two long slabs and cover it at the junction of two long slabs to ensure that rainwater will not seep down from the junction of two long slabs. The back of the ceramic tile is glazed completely, and the glazed tongue and tenon are avoided on the back.
3. Dropping water: placed at the lowest end of the slab tile (at the eaves) to seal and protect the head of the slab tile. It is a drainage component, which allows rainwater to drip with the water flow. The cross section is a quarter circle, with one end wide and the other narrow, just like a slate tile. The wider end has a drooping wishful tongue, which forms an angle of more than 90 degrees with the tile surface and is engraved with patterns.
4. Trench head: a component placed at the lowest part of each tile, that is, the eave head, to seal the long head of the tile and ensure the smooth flow of rain. The section is semi-circular, the back half is the same as the tile shape, and the front end of the front half is provided with a disc-shaped stop head engraved with decorative patterns.
5. Positive trench: it is placed at the intersection of tile ridges on the front and rear slopes of the roof to cover the waterproof components of the pipe tiles and slab tiles on the top of the front and rear slopes. It is shaped like a protruding ox tongue, with a thickness of 1.5~2.0cm, and the tile back is glazed.
Manual molding is to beat mud into mud cakes, imprint patterned blanks in gypsum molds, dry them slightly, and then stick the blanks together to finish and polish the working face.
The above is the relevant knowledge about glazed tiles. Do you know anything about glazed tiles through study? You can match the decoration through the characteristics of glazed tiles, and the styles decorated with different colors are also unique.
