What's the use of mending soil? How to use it?
There are several kinds of mending soil: caulking mending soil, plastic mending soil and water mending soil. Both caulking and plastic mending are Tamiya's. It is said that there is one in the county, but I don't know much about it. It seems that mending soil with water is a matter for the county. As the name implies, caulking is to eliminate the joints between model parts, which is widely used in military models, especially aircraft models. For tall models, special caulking glue is generally used, and a small amount of caulking soil is applied to the joints when used. As long as the joint is repaired, the general patching is corrosive, which leads to the aging of the parts, but there is no way to repair them. Modeling repair is used for modeling, especially for modifying the shape of model parts. Some people use it to carve human heads, and they can also use patches to make their own parts. However, due to its strength, the finished head or part must be redone with resin, and the usage is the same as clay sculpture. The following is water patching. General civil model or gundam model should be polished or seamless before spraying a layer of water-filled soil. Because the packaging of the filled soil is sprayed with cans, the usage is the same as that of the cans painting.
